Text links include short, linked title (5 words max) and a description (20 words max). No keyword stuffing permitted. Ad must be comfortably readable. Small logo bugs can be included.

Advertising policies:
All advertising is subject to acceptance by the WayoftheHorse.org and Horse Whisperer Seminars, Ltd. Management (HWS). WayoftheHorse.org has sole discretion regarding which ads are appropriate on the site and may decline any advertisement deemed malicious, in bad taste, stating false info or otherwise inappropriate to the web site for any reason.
All banner advertising will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an advertiser wants to place a banner on a page that is filled, the advertisers' business name will go on a waiting list. Wait-listed advertisers will be contacted to advertise following cancellation or expiration of another banner ad/ads.
All advertising must be paid in full before it will be processed and posted to the WayoftheHorse.org web site. Online payments are accepted through paypal once contracts have been agreed upon. Please do not make a payment until instructed to do so.
Checks for advertising should be made payable to Horse Whisperer Seminars, Ltd.
Banner ads will be placed for a minimum of three months initially, and no more than one year in advance. Advertisers have the responsibility for paying for their account before it expires if they desire to continue advertising. As a courtesy, HWS will invoice advertisers 1 month prior to the expiration date. If HWS does not receive payment by the due date, then staff will remove that advertisers listing and offer the available advertising slot to the next advertiser in line on the waiting list.
All advertising checks/money orders must be made payable to Horse Whisperer Seminars, Ltd. Your ad will go live on the 1st day of the following month after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
By posting your advertisement, WayoftheHorse.org does not endorse or make any guarantees on the product or service advertised. Advertiser agrees that all content information provided to WayoftheHorse.org is appropriate and truthful.
WayoftheHorse.org, Horse Whisperers Seminars, Ltd. its associates and directors, or staff hired by any of these entities accepts no liability for any damages incurred by advertisers or those who purchase products or services through the banner or standard web advertisements on the WayoftheHorse.org website.
WayoftheHorse.org and HWS do not make any claims regarding future effectiveness of advertising and do not guarantee any amount of hits to any page in the future.
HWS reserves the right to terminate or suspend any advertising account of any advertiser that may violate any of the terms in this agreement. Cancellations, termination, or suspension does not entitle you to a refund. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content (including text, representation and illustrations) of advertisements published and assume responsibility for any claims arising there from against the publisher. All materials submitted as advertising are subject to acceptance
for publication at the sole discretion of WayoftheHorse.org and HWS management.
Advertiser wishing to cancel an ad may do so on or before the expiration deadline, however, as a general rule, advertiser cannot receive refunds from advertising with WayoftheHorse.org.
WayoftheHorse.org accepts most types of banners including .gif, JPEG (jpg) and flash. Should there be audio in a flash advertisement, the audio may not load automatically but must be initiated by the viewer. Keyword stuffing is not permitted within text link ads. All URLs must be active at the time the banner is posted to the site. WayoftheHorse.org will not display dead URLs. Advertisers are responsible for checking their advertisements accuracy after publication. Inaccuracies and misprints must be reported immediately to WayoftheHorse.org. Advertisers are responsible for contacting WayoftheHorse.org with any changes to their listing, contact name, address, phone number, rates, etc.
Advertising policies, rates and specifications are subject to change at any time without advance notice. Submitting payment to WOTH for advertising on the WayoftheHorse.org website indicates that you have read and understand these Advertising Policies, Terms & Conditions and agree to them.
