Franklin Levinson's mission is to enhance and enrich the horse/human relationship wherever and whenever possible by teaching humans how to compassionately and effectively interact with their horses.

Showing humans how to have the highest and best relationship with their horses and how to keep it has always been one of Franklin's main goals as well. To be good with horses at a high level requires us humans to come forward with our best qualities and attributes. Similar to a 'great parent', successful relationships with horses require compassion, kindness, precision, patience, clarity, real knowledge (not just opinions and projections), great leadership and more. Franklin has always felt that practicing appropriate interaction with horses helps humans to become more highly functional in all their relationships. Thus, in all his programs, he teaches success with horses as life enrichment for the human as well as the horse. "Be as good as you can be for your horse just like you would for your child" is one of Franklin's mottos.

Franklin is based in Snowmass, Colorado and is available for clinics and seminars throughout the year in Colorado (immersion programs) as well as your home area whether in the US or around the world. It is easy to host a clinic by Franklin.

We also post good new stories and reader photographs that depict special happenings with animals and humans. Along with challenges and questions humans have with their horses, we also receive some wonderful success and grand experience stories of humans with their equines. In addition to offering group seminars, private horsemanship training and phone consultations, Franklin also provides a free help center within this website with its own search feature to make finding his suggested solutions to equine problems easier. There are literally hundreds of questions and responses archived within that section. The incredible volume of questions continuously coming in to the site indicates how successful this feature has become. The tremendously positive feedback from folks who have been helped by this service is a tribute to the effectiveness of Franklin’s methods, even through an email.
